We sell digital coloring bundles: printable PDF files containing multiple coloring pages, described on each bundle's own product page. These are digital products — no physical item is shipped.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) on the bundle's product page. Payment is processed by Mollie, a licensed European payment provider — we never see or store your card or bank details ourselves. An order is complete once payment is confirmed by Mollie.
Delivery is instant: after a successful payment, you're taken to a confirmation page with a private download link for your PDF. This link is not published anywhere else on the site.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (a "cooling-off period") after an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately — like our PDF bundles — this right does not apply once delivery has started, provided that:
We ask for this confirmation via a required checkbox before you're taken to payment. Once you've confirmed this and your download has started, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded for "change of mind" reasons.
This does not affect your other statutory rights — for example, if the file you receive is genuinely defective or does not match its description, see section 7.
Since digital downloads can't be "returned", we don't offer refunds simply because you changed your mind. If something is actually wrong with your order — the file is corrupted, missing pages, or you didn't receive your download at all — contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Our PDFs are formatted for US Letter paper and print cleanly on A4 too using your printer's standard "fit to page" setting. We're not responsible for print quality issues caused by your own printer, paper, or print settings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you're an EU consumer, you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform for complaints.
